1、负责项目投标商务标的成本测算及编制工作。
2、全面负责项目的成本管理工作，对项目的目标利润负责。负责编制项目成本控制目标，提出成本优化的可执行建议并监督其执行。
3、确定各分包、材料的单价并参与劳务合同、专业分包、材料供应商的合同谈判，并完成劳务合同、专业分包合同等流程的提交及跟进。
4、负责项目月进度产值报送、核对，完成进度款的申报工作。审核各分包的月进度产值并完成分包月进度款的申请工作。
5、完成所负责项目的设计变更、现场签证、认质核价等项目经济资料的办理。
6、负责项目的竣工结算，结算资料整理归档等工作。
7、负责劳务、材料、专业分包的变更单价核定，竣工结算等工作。
8、负责项目的签证、设计变更、各类合同的台账建立和资料上传等工作。

任职要求：
1、建筑工程、造价、预算相关专业本科以上学历，3~5年及以上同岗位工作经验，持有二级造价师资格证优先。
2、有施工方工作背景优先，有空调、消防等机电安装的造价和预算项目经验。能独立完成工程预结算、成本、投标、合同管理的能力，具有把控EPC项目施工的成本管理的能力；
3、熟悉工程造价相关的政策、规定和市场劳务、材料价格变动信息，以进行有效的供应链管理。
4、能熟练使用广联达，CAD，市场清单等工具软件及工程定额。
5、工作认真细致，逻辑条理清晰，良好的团队沟通协作能力，有明确的工作规划和自我驱动。
