岗位职责：
1、负责系统日常运维与监控，对生产线所有PLC的工控设备进行日常巡检、监控与维护，定期备份PLC程序，监控系统运行状态，及时发现并处理潜在异常，预防故障发生。
2. 负责故障应急响应与排查，快速定位并解决各类硬件及软件故障，*大限度缩短停机时间。
3. 负责程序优化与技术改造，根据生产需求或设备性能提升要求，对现有PLC程序（梯形图/结构化文本）进行优化、修改和测试，参与生产线的自动化改造、新设备引入等项目，负责PLC程序的编写、集成与调试工作。
4. 负责技术文档管理与标准化，编写和更新PLC系统相关的技术文档，包括但不限于电气图纸、控制原理说明、程序注释、操作手册、点检表等。建立并维护工控系统备品备件清单，提出合理的库存建议。
任职要求：
. 编程与核心软件：
· 精通至少一种主流品牌的PLC（西门子S7-1200/1500（TIA Portal）、三菱、欧姆龙等常见PLC控制软件。
· 熟练掌握至少两种标准编程语言，特别是梯形图和结构化文本，熟悉功能块图和顺序功能图。
· 熟悉至少一种主流HMI/SCADA组态软件的开发和应用。
2. 工业网络与通信：
· 具备扎实的工业网络知识，能够独立配置和调试PROFINET、PROFIBUS-DP、EtherNet/IP、Modbus TCP/IP、Modbus RTU 等主流工业总线协议。
3. 驱动与运动控制：
· 熟悉伺服、变频器的应用和调试，了解运动控制功能（如多轴同步、定位控制）者优先。
4. 电气基础：
· 能够熟练阅读和理解电气原理图、接线图，具备基本的电气知识，能协助分析硬件问题。
