3. 解决方案式销售支持：联合技术团队，为客户提供基于特锐德优势的电气一体化解决方案；
4. 持续跟踪电力设备行业政策、技术趋势及竞争对手动态，定期输出市场分析报告，为产品策略和定价提供输入，识别新兴市场机会并推动试点项目。
5. 作为客户与公司之间的“桥梁”，协调售前、交付、供应链、售后服务等团队，确保项目顺利执行，管理销售漏斗，准确预测季度/年度业绩，配合市场部开展行业展会、技术研讨会、客户拜访等活动，提升品牌影响力。
任职要求：
1.学历本科及以上，全球TOP200优先；电气工程、自动化、机电一体化、能源与动力工程等相关专业优先；
2.有0-3年以上电气技术行业从业经验，国际电力行业从业者优先，如有面向、盘柜厂、EPC总包、设计院、终端客户（如能源、基础设施、智能制造、海洋工程、化石能源，冶金行业等）的销售或BD经验者优先；
3.能独立开发新客户与新市场、维护现有客户关系，具备市场洞察力，能识别业务增长机会，挖掘客户痛点；
4.具备良好的英文听说读写能力，或小语种（如阿拉伯语，西班牙语等）；出色的沟通协调与谈判能力；抗压能力强，能适应频繁出差；具备团队协作精神和结果导向意识。
