岗位职责：
1、对接客户业务部门，挖掘并梳理业务需求，将其转化为可落地的技术方案；
2、根据客户的实际业务需求，进行系统的功能设计、开发和维护；
3、负责业务系统在客户现场的安装、部署、配置及调试，确保系统稳定运行；
4、负责系统问题定位，并解决项目交付过程中的技术难题；
5、配合其他团队，推动项目按时高质量交付，并持续优化系统稳定性。
任职资格：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5年Java开发经验，具备扎实的计算机基础；
2、了解并掌握Java核心技术，深入理解JVM原理、多线程并发编程、IO/NIO模型及集合框架；
3、熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流开发框架，深入理解其底层原理；
4、精通PostgreSQL、MySQL等关系型数据库，具备优秀的SQL编写及调优能力，熟悉Redis等NoSQL数据库的应用场景；
5、熟悉分布式系统架构，有使用RabbitMQ/Kafka等消息中间件、Consul/Nacos等注册中心的实战经验；
6、熟悉Linux常用命令，掌握Docker容器化部署，了解Kubernetes（K8s）的基本操作；
7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较强的责任心和抗压能力；
8、能适应项目现场工作，接受出差；
9、全栈开发优先；
10、具备AI应用开发经验（如熟悉Spring AI、LangChain、大模型API调用）者优先。
