1、负责数字化平台及FMEA工具的后端开发应用及部署；
2、负责与客户进行技术要求的沟通及梳理，及相关产品技术；
3、负责数据库的部署及运维；
4、与团队其他同事进行有效沟通，高质量的完成团队开发任务，协助解决遇到的困难。
5、AI赋能：熟悉Dify平台及使用；熟悉MCP协议；熟悉RAG；处理过提示词优化，chunk等。
任职要求：
1、计算机科学，控制工程，车辆工程等工科类专业，本科及以上学历；
2、3-5年左右开发经验，熟悉Python编程语言及Django框架；
3、熟悉linux/QNX系统，云部署；
4、熟悉至少一种 Sql数据库(mysql/ sqlserver)，熟练编写 sql代码;
5、做事具有条理性，具有良好的自学能力、分析问题以及自我解决问题的能力；
6、沟通能力强，抗压能力强能吃苦耐劳，接受偶尔加班。
