岗位职责：
1. 组织落实员工入厂安全教育和日常安全宣传教育。
2. 参与制定或修订安全生产、环境保护、职业卫生、消防安全、治安保卫等方面的管理制度，并监督检查执行情况；建立健全安全管理台帐。
3. 参与安全大检查，协助和督促有关部门对查出的隐患制订防范措施，检查监督隐患整改工作的完成情况。
4. 完成叉车、压力容器、压力管道、电梯、等特种设备的定期检测工作。
5. 对动火、动土、登高、进入受限空间、临时用电等危险作业落实安全监管。
6. 会同有关部门做好职业安全卫生和劳动保护工作。
7.督促落实环境污染指标的监测工作；对进行危险废物的处置。
8. 参与危险化学品、易制毒化学品的安全管理。
9. 参与各类事故汇总、统计上报工作，建立健全事故台帐；参加各类事故的调查、处理；协助做好工伤认定、事故调查处理
工作。
10. 参与各部门安全生产考核，对在安全生产、环境保护、消防安全等工作中有贡献者或事故责任者，提出奖惩意见。
11. 完成上级交办的其它工作。

任职要求：
1. 安全、环保、化学或其他相关专业大专或以上学历，良好的语言组织能力和沟通能力、有自我学习能力，和时间管理观念。
2.有一定的培训技巧，善于开展相关培训工作。
3. 从事3年以上工厂安全、环保、保卫等管理工作经验。
4. 熟悉国家有关安全、环保等法律法规和标准，熟悉生产现场安全工作流程。
