岗位职责：

1. 主要负责车间GMP执行情况的检查，负责产品生产过程的质量监控工作，确保所有操作按照已制定批准的程序进行，确保所有生产活动符合GMP要求。

2. 根据相关要求完成中间产品、原液、半成品、成品等的取样工作。

3. 对发生的可能影响产品质量的异常情况应立即上报部门领导，并协助车间负责人进行调查。

4. 参与车间偏差、不合格的调查，参与变更执行情况的检查，监督车间内产品/物料的销毁，督促与跟踪各部门纠正与预防措施（CAPA）的实施过程与完成情况。

5. 根据操作规程执行环境监控、压缩空气监控、制药用水及纯蒸汽的取样。

6. 负责车间批生产记录的审核。

7. 参与相关验证工作及风险评估工作。

8. 根据安排进行相关文件的起草、修订。

职位要求：

能接受加班、夜班或者倒班工作性质（跟生产走），不能接受的请不要投递。

1. 生物类、药学类等相关专业本科学历。

2. 2年以上药品或生物制品企业工作经验，有现场QA工作经验者优先考虑。

3. 熟悉制药行业GMP质量管理的有关要求。

4. 具有生物制品相关专业知识及经验；能分析及解决工作中出现的问题。

5. 具备较强的沟通、协调能力，性格外向活泼。
