岗位职责：
1、根据分院发展策略，制定科室的运营规划、业务布局及阶段性策略，并组织实施；
2、全面统筹科室经营工作，对营业收入、利润等核心经营指标负责；
3、落实标准化流程，协同院长进行医疗质控，并负责医护培训与考核，确保规范操作，降低医疗风险；
4、负责客户咨询转化，结合客户需求提供专业、合理的诊疗建议，保障咨询服务质量，推动洽谈转化，对客户就诊率负责；
5、搭建完善的售中及售后服务体系，安排定期回访联络，提升客户满意度，促进二次消费与转介绍；
6、统筹会议管理、经营报表编制与分析等日常工作，保障科室运营高效有序。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，口腔、医学等相关专业；
2、具备5 年以上口腔门诊运营管理经验，有体检中心口腔管理经验者优先；
3、掌握扎实的口腔专业知识，具备优秀的服务管理意识、医疗安全风险防控意识;
4、拥有丰富的团队管理经验，具备较强的责任心，目标导向明确，具备优秀的沟通能力、应变能力及执行力等。
