职位要求：
1. 三年以上游戏经验，一年以上unity开发经验，有0-1开发经验加分；
2. 熟悉unity的Animation系统，包括动画蓝图、角色状态机、多线程更新、动画状态机等，有相关的性能及效果优化经验；
3. 对高级动画技术有相关实践，如MotionMatching、AnimationWarping、IK、MorphTar等；
4. 有熟练的物理碰撞开发经验，能利用物理系统提升整体的战斗手感和战斗体验；
5. 具备团队协作和沟通能力，较强的工作规划和执行能力；
