The Rising Fans reports directly to the Restaurant Manager/AssistantManager supervises the entire restaurant staff.As RisingFans, you will be responsible fthe following duties:Support companys philosophy company culturewith Guiding Principles D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring guestsatisfaction the achievement of our Mission Statement.Always provide excellent service to all ourguests.Assist guest courteously efficiently.Managing day to day operationsConducts regular tours of front back of the restaurantoperation to check on set-up / service / food quality / generalmaintenance / cleanliness.Excellent knowledge of food beverage,including being able to service sell the product.Ensure proper care, security, maintenance ofhotel equipment through proper supervision of service personnel.To manage proper staffing level.To manage proper supplies level.Assist manager with scheduling, recruitment andinterviewing fnew colleagues.Assist manager with colleagues training anddevelopment.Attend daily departmental meeting.Assist manager with daily F&B meeting.Assist manager with conducting of dailycommunication meeting with staff prito shift.To visit all our guest tables during aftertheir visit, to ensure satisfaction.To manage, coach, counsel colleagues,including disciplinary procedures.Uphold enforce all hotel policies andprocedures as stated in hotel colleague handbook.Communicate all group information/changes toexisting information to appropriate hotel colleagues in an accurate andtimely manner.Maintains regular guest contact to obtainfeedback / future potential clients.Ensure smooth effective communication betweenF&B other departments in the hotel.Effective participating control in inventorytaking / costs / breakages.Implement appropriate effective measures toimprove control of costs / expenses / labour.Entertain clients, as appropriate.Ensure that all outlet colleagues areconsistently trained on adhere to, all FLHSS policies procedures.
