一、岗位职责：
1、工厂车间安全隐患排查；
2、负责开展公司各级部门/组织的EHS培训、宣传教育、负责新员工、相关方、专项安全教育培训(如化学品、消防、职业健康与急救，安全制度文件等)及宣传活动，并做好培训档案; 同时监督各部门的二级和三级教育培训落实情况;
3、消防设施维护、应急预案演练及火灾隐患排查等工作。
4、负责开展公司EHS常规检查、风险辨识评估，制定并实施风险管控计划和措施；
5、负责健全三废、职业健康、安全防护等管理，确保公司EHS管理合规合法；
6、负责组织应急演练，提高员工的应急反应能力和协作能力；
7、负责各类安全事故按照“四不放过”原则调查及处理，并汇总统计，建立公司事故档案；
8、建立并维护特种设备、特种作业人员档案；特殊作业(动火、登高、施工)安全监管;
9、对接上级政府部门(应急、消防、环保、职业卫生)相关工作。

二、任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，专业不限，年龄要求为25至35岁，身体健康，能够适应现场工作环境；
2、具备2年及以上EHS相关工作经验，熟悉环境安全、生产安全和职业健康等法律法规；
3、了解安全生产及职业健康安全法律法规，熟悉ISO14000和OHSMS18001等系统；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题分析解决能力。
