对内部沟通：作为物料问题的*响应人，及时将供应商端的异常情况、风险预警清晰、准确地传达给PMC、生产及品控部门。

参与处理来料不合格品的退换货、补货等后续事宜。

4. 供应商交付绩效数据记录
记录并汇总供应商的关键交付数据，如准交率、质量合格率等，为供应商绩效评估提供基础数据支持。

任职要求：
1.3年以上采购跟单、订单执行或生产计划（PMC）相关工作经验。
2.有纺织服装、鞋帽箱包等行业经验，熟悉面料/辅料者优先。
3.熟悉采购跟单完整流程，有处理供应链异常问题的经验。
4.出色的沟通与协调能力，能够坚定、清晰地进行跨部门及对外沟通，具备良好的谈判和说服技巧，抗压性强，能主动推动问题闭环，不回避矛盾。
5.对订单细节敏感，数字观念强，能高效管理多任务并行。
6.基础办公软件技能：熟练使用Excel、Word，会使用ERP系统进行订单跟踪。
7.具备基础的英文读写能力，口语流利者优先。
