5. 跨部门协作：与业务部门建立良好的沟通，推动财务与业务融合，提升团队的财务意识，确保财务支持的及时性和有效性；

任职要求:
1. 教育背景：财务管理、经济、保险、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历；2. 工作经验：6年以上相关工作经验，其中2年财务BP经验者，有团队管理经验，具备良好的领导力和团队协作能力；
3. 专业技能：精通财务分析、预算管理、成本控制等财务技能，熟练使用数据分析工具，具备较强的数据分析能力和解决问题能力；
4. 综合能力：商业敏感度高，能快速理解业务逻辑，优秀的沟通和协作能力；
5. 语言能力：可搜集并理解英文专业资料，能够用英语撰写报告和进行沟通者优先；
6. 专业资格：CPA、CMA优先；
7. 个人素质：为人正直、工作严谨，责任心强，有上进心，结果导向，有良好的解决问题能力、时间管理能力、抗压能力，能够在多任务环境、快速变化及多样化的环境中工作。
