3、有3年以上电子行业工作经验，有LED显示屏行业工作经验优先；
4、熟悉供应商管理，电子产品相关知识
5、熟悉质量管理工具，如QC七大手法、SPC、8D、FMEA等。
6、对数据敏感、善于统计分析总结、有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。
岗位职责：
1、主导供应商质量评价，输出质量评估报告与可行性建议；
2、参与新物料样品及小批量验证，输出评估报告与改善建议；
3、分析供应商质量趋势，薄弱环节，拟定供应商辅导计划并跟踪效果；
4、维护合格供应商名录，参与样品承认，标准拟定，封样管理，技术品质协议签订；
5、制定物料质量控制计划，主导物料检验流程/标准编制与评审；
6、监控来料关键质量指标：CPK、不良率、可靠性、客诉率等，推动目标达成；
7、主导来料不良，制程物料不良，客诉物料不良的处理，8D/5Why 根因分析，跟踪纠正预防措施落地；
8、协助内/外审审核，产品认证审核，客户审核，第三方审核，推动不符合项关闭。。
9、及时完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
