任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、生物医学工程、医学信息学等相关专业，8年以上软件开发经验，其中至少4年以上管理经验.
2、精通至少一门主流编程语言（如：Java，Python,c++,c#）等。
3、具有医疗信息化领域开发经验，熟悉医院信息系统（HIS）、电子病历（EMR）、检验系统（LIS）、影像系统（PACS）或医疗集成平台中的至少两类
4、精通多线程编程，深入掌握分布式系统原理（CAP理论、*终一致性），熟悉分布式缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）等机制
5、精通MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL，具备复杂SQL优化能力，熟悉分库分表等大规模数据存储方案
6、掌握Docker容器化技术及K8s容器编排，能推动跨区域部署标准化
7、熟悉Spring Cloud微服务架构及CI/CD流程（如GitLab CI、Jenkins），具备DevSecOps实践经验
