2、行李服务:提供行李寄存、搬运及分房服务，确保行李安全存放并标记清晰。特殊物品
(如易碎品)需轻拿轻放，提前告知注意事项。
3、信息咨询与委托代办:熟悉酒店设施及当地旅游、交通信息，解答客人问询。协助预订
餐厅、叫车、安排行程等个性化服务。
4、VIP 接待与应急处理:按规格接待VIP 客人。处理突发投诉(如房间问题)，快速协调
解决并反馈.
5、环境与秩序维护:保持大堂整洁，指挥车辆停放，确保通道畅通。雨天提供雨伞租借及
防滑提示，摆放警示牌。
[岗位要求]
职业素养高，形象气质佳，身高170cm以上(部分酒店要求)。服务意识强，具备应变能
力和团队协作精神。(退伍军人优先)
