任职要求：
（一）学历与专业
大专及以上学历，材料成型及控制工程、模具设计与制造、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业，3年以上汽车五金零部件模具量产阶段相关工作经验。
（二）专业技能
1.具备极强的动手能力，能独立完成模具试模、调试、维修及优化操作，熟练处理量产过程中模具常见故障（如跳废料、脱料不顺、送料卡滞等），熟悉模具加工工艺和维修流程，能现场解决各类模具技术难题，具备模具结构优化和工艺改进的实操能力。
2.精通汽车五金零部件冲压模具的结构、工作原理及量产工艺要求，熟悉汽车行业产品质量标准，能快速识别试模及量产过程中的模具缺陷，制定科学合理的改善方案并落地执行，了解模具材料特性及热处理工艺，能根据磨损情况选择合适的维修和优化方案。
3.具备丰富的试模验收经验，能独立主导模具移模后的试模验收工作，熟练掌握试模流程、参数调试方法及验收标准，能输出完整的试模验收报告，能应对因机床差异导致的模具调试难题，确保模具快速达到量产状态。
4.能熟练使用基础的模具维修工具和测量仪器（如游标卡尺、高度规等），能看懂产品及模具图纸，具备基础的数据分析和报告撰写能力，能记录、整理量产过程中的各类技术数据，为技术优化提供支撑。
（三）综合素质
1.具备极强的动手能力和问题解决能力，反应迅速，能快速处理量产现场的模具突发问题，抗压能力强，适应量产工厂的工作节奏。
2.能适应经常出差的工作环境，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力，能与当地团队高效协作。
3.工作认真负责、踏实肯干，具备较强的责任心和团队协作精神，能主动配合生产线完成各项技术支持工作，善于总结经验，持续优化模具量产工艺。
