2. 精通ERP系统（如SAP、用友U8）实施与运维，具备MES、WMS等生产管理系统项目经验优先。
3. 熟悉网络架构、数据安全及灾备体系建设，掌握主流数据库（MySQL/Oracle）与服务器管理技术。
4. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能将业务需求转化为可落地的技术方案。
5. 持有PMP、ITIL等相关证书者优先。
