3. 负责关键物料（电子元器件、PCB、线束、电机、结构件、电源系统等）供应商的开发、评估、准入、绩效考评及淘汰机制建设。
4. 主导关键物料的战略寻源，建立并维护与核心供应商的长期战略合作关系，确保关键物料的供应安全与成本优势。
5. 新产品导入：深度参与研发项目，早期介入设计阶段，为研发团队提供物料选型建议、替代方案及成本优化建议，缩短研发周期。
6. 量产采购：根据销售与运营计划制定采购计划，监控交付及时率与库存周转率，平衡供需风险。
7. 负责年度降本指标的达成，通过商务谈判、集中采购等多种手段控制采购总成本。
8. 负责重大采购合同的商务谈判，拟定合作协议，管理付款条件与账期。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先（如生物医学工程、电子工程等）。
2. 工作经验： 3年以上医疗器械行业有源设备采购管理经验。
专业知识与技能
1. 法规标准：深刻理解ISO 13485、GMP、GB 9706.1（医用电气安全）等法规在采购端的执行要求；了解NMPA注册流程及相关认证（CE/FDA）对供应链的约束。
2. 物料知识：熟悉电子元器件市场行情，了解PCB/SMT、注塑、机加工等工艺及成本构成。
3. 系统与工具：熟练使用ERP系统，具备数据分析能力（Excel/Power BI）。
4. 软技能：极强的商务谈判能力、跨部门沟通协调能力、抗压能力及职业道德。
