3、公有云专长：精通SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud的*佳实践、配置限制（Extensibility）和更新管理，指导客户如何适应和利用季度发布的新功能；
4、客户沟通：与客户的关键用户和IT团队清晰沟通，解释问题根源、解决方案和后续预防措施，管理客户期望，提升客户满意度；
5、知识共享：编写和维护知识库文档、案例研究和技术白皮书，将个人经验转化为团队资产，赋能团队整体能力提升；
6、项目支持：偶尔参与优化和升级项目，提供专业的架构审阅和风险规避建议。
任职要求
一、必备条件：
1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理、财务或相关专业背景；
2、至少5年及以上相关模块（SD, MM, PP, FICO, HCM, ES集成）中的咨询或技术支持经验；
3、丰富的售后经验：必须拥有处理SAP系统上线后支持和运维的丰富经验，擅长解决历史遗留问题和性能优化；
4、深厚的云经验：必须具备SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (公有云) 项目的实际经验，深刻理解其与本地化部署的差异；
5、语言能力：具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够参与全球团队会议、阅读英文技术文档并与海外客户或SAP原厂进行有效沟通；
6、行业知识：拥有跨行业的项目经验（如：制造业、零售业、高科技、消费品等），能够快速理解不同行业的业务需求；
7、核心素质：拥有出色的分析问题、解决问题和逻辑思维能力，具备以客户为中心的服务意识和强大的抗压能力；
二、优先考虑：
1、同时掌握两个或以上SAP模块知识的候选人；
2、有在咨询公司（IBM,AC,德勤,普华,HP等）或大型企业IT部门支持全球系统的经验。
