岗位职责：
1.根据项目/产品的需求分析书进行系统功能的设计、编码开发、单元测试工作；
2.负责核心功能模块的编码实现，确保代码质量和性能优化，遵循编码规范和实践。与前端开发团队紧密合作，对接接口，实现前后端数据交互，保障产品整体功能的流畅运行；
3.参与系统功能模块的设计、组件设计、数据库设计与优化，包括但不限于数据库表结构设计、索引优化、查询性能调优等；
4.对现有系统的维护和升级，及时处理系统故障和性能问题，保障系统的高可用性和稳定性，定期进行系统巡检和监控；
5.积极参与技术研究和创新，了解技术发展趋势如AI等，引入新技术解决方案，提升团队技术水平和项目竞争力；
6.编写相关技术文档，包括但不限于系统设计文档、接口文档、部署文档等，为团队成员提供清晰的技术指导和知识共享；
7.完成领导安排的其他任务；

任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业统招本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2.精通java，具备开发、重构能力，有良好的变成习惯；了解IO、多线程、集合等java基础知识，熟悉微服务架构，熟练使用SpringCloud、SpringBoot、Mybatis、Spring、SpringMVC等开源框架进行开发；
3.熟练使用git工具、熟悉gitlab或其他DevOps平台；
4.熟悉HTML5、VUE、CSS、JS等web前端技术；
5.熟悉Linux常用命令，有Linux系统操作经验优先；
6.熟悉MySQL、 MongoDB、ElasticSearch、达梦、人大金仓等数据模型设计及数据存取性能调优相关经验;
7.熟悉中间件Redis、Kafka、Nginx、MongoDB、RocketMQ、tomcat、东方通tongweb、金蝶ApusicRockMO等中间件;
8.熟悉Kubernetes,Docker,虚拟化技术或熟悉运维管理平台;
9.具有较强的自我学习能力，勤奋务实，积极上进，有较强的责任感，能承受一定工作压力；
10.能够与团队进行良好的沟通合作，按时保质保量完成任务
