岗位职责：
1、负责公司物料采购工作，覆盖询价比价、下单交付、对账结算，保障研发打样、生产物料稳定供应。
2、负责对接相关外协加工，包含外协厂商开发、工艺及产能审核、交期品质管控、异常处理与成本优化。
3、配合研发完成新品物料选型、样品跟进、成本评估；对接生产落实采购计划，解决缺料、品质、交期问题，把控供应链风险。
4、维护及优化供应商资源，定期开展供应商考核，持续推进采购降本、提质、提效，完善采购台账及流程。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上生产制造型企业采购工作经验，熟练钣金、机加结构件、电子料采购，具备研发配套、量产采购、外协加工管理实操经验。
2、熟悉钣金、机加加工工艺及常见问题，了解常用电子物料特性与供应链，能独立对接外协厂，把控加工质量、交期与成本。
3、具备良好的议价谈判、成本分析及异常处理能力，熟练使用ERP及办公软件，沟通协调能力强，工作严谨、执行力强。
4、具备一定的项目管理知识，能够根据项目进度安排采购工作，确保采购与项目进度同步。
5、具有良好的职业道德和团队合作精神，责任心强，工作细致严谨；
6、能够适应一定的工作压力，具备较强的学习能力和适应能力。
