工作职责：
1、售前推动：负责业务类售前交流，含分析挖掘引导客户核心需求、方案撰写、客户答疑、解决方案汇报等相关工作；提供顾问式售前服务，达成业务目标。
2、方案打造：收集市场信息、竞品情况和行业趋势，掌握行业市场动态，参与公司产品及推广策略的制定，并以场景化BI解决方案打动客户，创新及沉淀可复制的行业/模块方案，推动各行业复用。
3、内外部赋能：培养内部团队售前方法论与实战能力，参与外部市场活动分享，扩大影响力与覆盖面。
4、内部质量检核：参与协助公司交付项目的质量评审及把关。
5、其他工作：负责与销售部门、交付部门配合其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1）熟悉大型生产制造企业的财务ERP、供应链管理优先，熟悉SAP ERP模块的优先。
2）有主导数据类项目业务设计、产品设计经验者优先（非必要条件）。
3）大学本科（*好一本）以上学历，具有5年以上ERP实施/BI/大数据/企业管理的相关工作经验，具备BI项目交付经验者优先。
4）客户洞察与方案匹配能力：可与渠道商、销售团队、客户方高效沟通协同，能清晰描述数字化需求场景并匹配合理解决方案，确保价值落地。
5）表达与影响力：良好的PPT制作能力，沟通表达清晰、结构化，演讲具备感染力。
6）学习力与创新力：愿意钻研企业经营管理等知识，保持高标准交付与持续改进。
