4. 熟悉各种算法与数据结构等;
5. 熟悉使用Mysql、Oracle、DB2等一种或多种数据库，有数据库调优和分库分表实际应用经验，redis等相关缓存技术。
6. 有良好的代码书写、注释和单元测试习惯，熟悉使用Git等版本控制系统。
7. 具备良好的沟通能力、业务理解能力和团队协作能力，优秀的文档编写能力。
