岗位职责:
1.负责制定并完善公司安全生产、环境保护和职业健康相关管理制度与操作规程，确保符合国家及地方相关法律法规和行业标准。
2.负责公司新建项目的安评，环评，消评等全流程工作，包括对接第三方评价机构（安全预评价、安全验收评价、环境影响评价等），协调项目各参与方（设计、施工、监理等），确保评价工作按时、合规完成，满足项目审批及投运要求。
3.定期组织开展安全生产、环境保护宣传、职业健康教育和培训活动，提高员工的安全环保意识和操作技能，建立健全培训档案。
4.对公司生产车间、仓库、办公区域等场所进行日常安全环保巡查，及时发现并消除安全隐患，制止违规操作行为；定期开展安全环保风险评估与隐患排查治理工作，建立隐患台账并跟踪整改情况。
5.负责公司安全生产事故、环境污染事件的应急管理工作，制定应急预案并定期组织演练；若发生事故或事件，及时参与调查处理，按照规定上报相关部门。
6.负责公司环保设施的运行管理与维护监督，确保污染物达标排放；协助完成环保部门要求的各项申报、监测工作，整理并归档相关资料。
7.配合政府相关部门（如应急管理局、生态环境局等）的安全环保检查工作，及时落实整改要求，反馈整改结果。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、环境科学、化工等相关专业优先。
2.具有 1-3 年以上食品行业或制造业安全环保职业健康相关工作经验，熟悉食品生产过程中的安全环保风险点；持有注册安全工程师证书、环保相关专业资格证书者优先。
3.熟悉国家及地方安全生产、环境保护相关法律法规、标准规范，能够独立开展安全环保管理工作。
4.具备较强的责任心、细心程度和风险防范意识，良好的沟通协调能力、组织执行能力和问题解决能力；能够熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的文字写作能力，可独立编制制度、报告等文件。
