一、任职要求
学历：大专及以上，生物技术、药学、质量管理等相关专业；
经验：1年以上生物医药/医疗器械行业QA或QC经验，应届生可培养；
技能：
1.熟悉GMP/ISO法规，了解质量管理工具（如风险管理、FMEA）；
2.熟练使用办公软件（Word/Excel），能编写质量报告；
3.具备基础数据分析能力（如统计过程控制SPC）。
素质要求：
1.原则性强，善于沟通协调；
2.注重细节，能独立完成文档审核与归档。
二、岗位职责
质量体系维护
1.协助维护公司质量管理体系（QMS），确保符合GMP、ISO 13485/9001等法规要求；
2.参与文件控制管理（SOP、记录模板等），跟踪文件修订与分发。
生产过程监督
1.监控生产现场操作合规性，检查批生产记录、设备日志及环境监测数据；
2.识别潜在质量风险，推动生产部门整改并跟踪闭环。
偏差与变更管理
1.协助调查偏差（Deviation）、变更（Change Control）及CAPA流程，确保及时处理与记录；
2.参与内审及外部审计，协助完成整改报告。
供应商与客户质量支持
1.收集供应商资质文件，参与供应商评估；
2.协助处理客户投诉，整理投诉调查数据。
