【工作内容】
1、熟悉中高端PCB设计的全流程，包括元器件建库、叠层规划、约束规则设置、布局布线、可制造性（DFM）检查等
2、独立完成PCB设计，重点保障高速数字电路（如DDR4/DDR5、PCIe、HDMI、USB3.2等）的信号完整性（SI）与电源完整性（PI）；协同硬件工程师完成原理图评审，针对信号流向、EMC/EMI风险、散热需求提出优化建议
3、输出生产文件（Gerber、ODB++、IPC-2581）、贴片坐标文件及装配图纸，对接PCB工厂与SMT产线，解决生产端工艺问题
4、维护公司封装库（Padstack、Footprint）与设计规范，定期更新EDA工具版本与标准化流程
【任职要求】
1.电子工程、微电子、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历；3年以上独立PCB Layout经验，有消费电子/通信设备/工业控制类产品量产经验者优先
2.精通Cadence Allegro（优先）
3.熟悉高速信号设计：能独立完成差分对（如HDMI、USB、PCIe）的阻抗匹配、等长控制与串扰抑制
4.主导过至少2个8层及以上多层板设计项目，有BGA封装扇出经验（Pitch≤0.8mm）及盲埋孔设计经验者优先
5.具备较强的沟通表达、独立解决问题的能力，严格遵守设计周期，有责任心和交付意识。。
