岗位职责：
1.负责SAP ERP系统的二次开发与功能扩展，包括但不限于财务、供应链、生产制造等模块；
2.使用 Java 开发后台业务逻辑，对接SAP NetWeaver、S/4 HANA等平台；
3.设计并实现ERP与其他系统（如MES、CRM、大数据平台）的接口（IDoc、RFC、Web Service等）。
4.主导基于 Spring Boot/Java EE 的后台服务开发，构建高并发、高可用的业务系统；
5.参与前端界面开发（Vue.js/React/Ant Design Pro），实现业务逻辑与UI层的无缝协作。
6.主导迁移过程中的风险评估、测试验证及异常问题修复。
7.编写技术方案文档，参与系统架构设计评审；
任职要求：
1.5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上 SAP ERP开发或系统迁移相关经验；
2.至少主导过 1个以上国央企（如能源、制造、金融行业）大型ERP项目，具备项目全生命周期管理能力。
3.Java核心技术：精通JVM原理、多线程、分布式架构（Spring Cloud/Dubbo）、数据库事务管理；
4.熟悉SAP ABAP开发、SAP HANA SQL Script、BW/BO报表集成尤佳；
5.熟练使用 Vue.js/React + TypeScript，掌握Ant Design Pro/Vuetify等UI框架尤佳；
6.MySQL/Oracle/HANA数据库设计与优化，熟悉SQL调优工具（如EXPLAIN PLAN）。
7.良好的沟通能力，能够与业务部门、运维团队高效协作；
8.抗压能力强，能适应国企项目严格的交付周期；
