工作职责:
1. 安全体系的规划和建设：参与公司网络安全架构的设计、规划与部署，构建多层次、全方位的网络安全防护体系，确保公司信息资产的保密性、完整性和可用性；
2. 信息安全运维和监控：对公司网络及信息系统、态势感知平台进行日常安全监控、风险评估与漏洞扫描，及时发现并处理各类安全威胁与隐患，如网络攻击、恶意软件感染、数据泄露等。
3. 安全事件应急处置：制定安全事件应急预案，定时进行信息安全预案演练，参与安全事件的应急响应与调查分析，快速定位攻击源与漏洞，采取有效措施进行修复与防范，降低安全事件对业务的影响。
4. 网络安全策略和合规：制定公司网络安全技术规范和标准，确保公司网络与数据安全符合相关法规与行业标准，协助完成相关安全合规检查和评估等工作，定期开展安全审计，提出整改建对议并推动落实。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、网络安全、信息安全等相关专业。
2. 3 年以上安全运维工作经验，有大型企业或互联网行业安全运维经验者优先。
3. 熟练掌握Windows、Linux服务器的安全管理与维护，熟悉服务器系统安全基线、安全日志，安全排障，确保服务器运行安全稳定。
4. 了解渗透测试、漏洞挖掘与修复流程，熟悉常见攻击手段与防御方法，持有 CISP、CISSP、CCNP - Security 等相关证书者优先。
5. 熟悉精通网络安全技术，如防火墙、入侵检测／防御系统（IDS/IPS)、VPN、漏洞扫描、加密技术等，熟悉主流网络安全产品的配置与管理
6. 具有较强的风险敏感性，具有系统开发、运维、信息安全、项目管理、脚本开发等知识技能，具备较好信息收集和信息安全审计数据建模分析能力；
7. 其他能力：具备跨团队协作能力，能清晰向非安全人员传达风险与解决方案；逻辑严谨，抗压能力强，对网络安全工作有持续热情
8. 有大型企业网络安全项目建设和实施经验者优先
