岗位职责
1、负责公司健康类 Android App 的架构设计、功能迭代与性能优化；
2、与硬件、后端、算法团队协同，参与构建“穿戴设备-App-云-医生端”全链路健康管理体系；
3、解决低功耗、后台服务保活、多厂商适配等复杂场景问题，提升应用可靠性与用户体验；
4、推进 Jetpack Compose、Kotlin 等现代技术栈在项目中的实践与应用。

任职要求
1、精通 Kotlin / Java，熟悉 Jetpack Compose 及 MVVM 等架构模式；
2、深入理解 BLE 通信机制，具备后台服务管理、功耗优化经验；
3、有华为/小米/OPPO 等主流厂商健康生态对接经验者优先；
4、注重代码规范与架构可扩展性，能独立完成复杂模块设计与开发；
5、具备较强的团队协作意识，能主动参与技术方案讨论与攻坚。

加分项
1、有慢病管理、远程监测、可穿戴设备等医疗健康类 App 开发经验；
2、了解 AIGC 技术落地场景，如 LLM API 集成、智能报告生成等；
3、熟悉数据安全与隐私保护实践，包括加密存储、权限*小化、合规设计等；
