Key Responsibilities
1. Spare Parts Procurement:
- Source genuine aftermarket spare parts
- Liaise with XCMG factories suppliers
- Negotiate pricing lead times
2.der Management:
- Receive validate requests from Africa offices
- Prepare purchaseders track fulfillment
3. Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange shipping (air/sea)
- Work with freight forwarders
- Prepare export documentation
4. Manufacturer Liaison:
- Communicate with XCMG on equipment enquiries
- Follow up on quotations, specs, technical clarifications
-XCMG – Tisco Africa liaison to ensure equipment healthy stock plannning
5. Customs & Compliance:
- Ensure export compliance
- Support import documentation fAfrica
6. Inventory Support:
- Analyze demtrends
- Support stocking strategies
7. Reporting:
- Track costs, delivery timelines, performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain
- 3–5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts preferred
Skills
- Procurement negotiation
- Logistics shipping knowledge
- Understanding of Incoterms
- Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of ODOO ERP is an added advantage
