岗位职责
对接整车客户，维护 N+3 滚动 PSI 需求，完成订单评审、变更管控，锁定交期；
根据客户需求、产能、库存编制月 / 周 / 日线束生产排程，覆盖裁线、压接、总装全工序，平衡人机料负荷；
解析线束 BOM，运行 ERP-MRP 核算物料需求，跟进原材料到货，管控库存、处理呆滞物料；
每日跟踪车间生产进度，快速处理缺料、设备、品质等异常，动态调整计划，保障订单准时交付；
统筹成品发货，统计计划达成率、库存周转、产能利用率，输出月度产销分析报告；
维护 ERP/MES 基础数据，参与新项目试产、产能评估，推动计划流程持续改善；
配合 IATF16949 体系完成各类计划台账、记录归档。
任职要求
大专及以上，工业工程、物流、汽车、机械等相关专业；
1–3 年汽车线束 / 汽配 PMC 计划经验，熟悉线束生产全流程，能看懂线束 BOM 与工艺图纸；
熟练使用 SAP / 用友 / 金蝶 ERP，精通 Excel 高级函数与数据透视表；
掌握 MRP、MPS 计划逻辑，了解 JIT、精益生产、IATF16949 基础体系；
优秀跨部门沟通、逻辑分析能力，抗压性强，可配合旺季加班处理急单；
有主机厂配套线束企业工作经验优先，会 APS 排程、英语读写加分。
