3.组织分析量产阶段的质量问题(如客户投诉、过程异常)，制定纠正/预防措施；
4.协助建立与公司方针一致的线束质量目标，定期评审目标完成情况；
5.审核线束控制计划及 PPAP 文件，确保满足 IATF16949 和客户要求；
6.识别线束质量问题根本原因，启动 8D 等质量改进流程并跟踪验证；
7.负责对产品质量判断和不合格品的处置权；
8.完成领导交办的其他质量管控任务。
岗位要求：
1.了解 IATF16949:2016 质量管理体系，了解汽车行业质量标准
2.具备线束质量体系审核能力，能发现体系运行中的问题
3.熟练编制和审核线束质量文件，包括控制计划、PPAP 等
4.具备线束质量数据分析能力，能运用统计工具分析质量趋势
5.熟悉汽车行业客户质量要求，能有效处理客户质量反馈
6.熟练运用质量工具解决线束质量问题，如 8D、5Why 等
7.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能推动跨部门质量改进
