【工作内容】
- 负责ASM焊线机/新益昌固晶机在芯片封装设备中的日常运行维护，确保设备稳定高效运转，及时处理设备故障并进行预防性保养；
- 针对LED封装工艺中ASM老鹰机、380、383，新益昌固晶机等机型进行参数调试与优化，提升生产良率与设备稼动率；
- 深入理解半导体工艺流程，结合实际生产需求对焊线机的机械结构进行分析与改进，解决因机械精度、运动控制等问题导致的工艺异常；
- 熟悉电路原理，具备电路板设计经验，能够独立完成设备控制模块的故障排查、线路修复及部分电气系统升级；
- 运用AUTO CAD进行设备零部件图纸绘制与修改，支持非标件设计与装配验证，提升设备可维护性与兼容性；
- 严格执行两班倒工作制度，配合产线生产节奏，保障设备在高强度运行下的可靠性与连续性；
- 参与新益昌固晶机等新型封装设备的导入调试工作，提供技术支持并输出标准化维护手册。
【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，年龄25至40岁，电子/半导体/集成电路相关专业背景，具备3-4年及以上芯片封装设备维护工作经验；
- 精通ASM焊线机的结构原理与操作维护，熟悉半导体工艺流程，具备扎实的机械结构知识和电路原理基础；
- 具备电路板设计经验，能独立完成简单电路图绘制与故障诊断，熟练使用AUTO CAD等工程制图软件；
- 具备良好的学习能力与团队协作精神，能适应两班倒工作模式；
- 对设备维护工作有高度责任感，善于发现问题并提出有效解决方案，具备较强的抗压能力与现场应变能力。
