岗位职责：
1.数智化建设与管理：
（1）推进仓储信息化建设，主导WMS系统应用及智能化设备落地。
（2）推进物流管理系统建设，执行及落地。
2.仓储物流运作的高效与规范。建立标准化的仓储管理流程（如出入库管理、库存盘点、库位规划等），确保物料收发准确及时，避免错漏、破损或积压问题，采用先进的管理技术和工具提升仓储作业效率。
3.强化库存管理与成本控制。通过精准库存管理和分析，与采购、需求部门协同，优化补货策略，降低库存成本，提升供应链物资保供能力。
4.建设日常检查机制。定期对库存管理及制度流程落实情况进行审计巡查，对同类问题组织培训指导，确保执行到位。
5.安全管理与合规。制定并监督库房安全操作规范，确保符合消防、危化品管理等法规。处理仓储、物流投诉事件。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理等相关专业优先
2、具备以下背景者优先：3年以上仓储物流管理经验；
有MRO物资管理或电商仓储实操经验；
有大型养殖企业、食品企业仓储物流工作经验。
