4、制定猪场定期生产审计，提出改进意见，提高各猪场的生产效率；
5、为完成年度任务目标，根据生产运营情况，制定生产改进方案；
6、进行逐步完善生产报表，制度，流程统一；
7、制定计划，每月进行对员工生产技能培训，加强员工技能能力，提高员工工作效率；
8、负责团队建设、人员培养等；
9、完成领导安排的其他项工作。
任职条件：
1.具备养猪行业五年以上研发及生产管理经验；
2.具备养猪行业五年以上研发及生产管理工作经验，具有较丰富的培训经验，具有较好的沟通协调能力，能够统筹、推动和协调相关工作。
3.外语水平：CET-4及以上
4.计算机应用能力：熟练应用各种办公软件、信息化系统
5.公文处理：熟悉请示、汇报等公文写作格式，能够熟练撰写公文文件
