一、岗位职责
1、负责公司信息系统的界面设计优化，交互设计以及存储过程的编写。
2、参与公司相关业务场景的需求讨论，理解和响应用关键用户的需求，参与技术方案的选型，推动用户体验的优化;
3、负责公司信息系统的前端/后端开发，参与核心业务开发，确保系统性能、质量、可扩展性和安全；
4、负责公司信息系统后期维护；
5、负责应用系统硬件和网络基础维护。
二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，信息化、软件开发相关专业；
2、拥有一年以上完成的WEB、APP、H5、Pad开发设计经验，熟悉Android、IOS、Web、H5、Pad的设计规范，拥有CRM或MES系统开发经验；
3、熟练使用Js、Java、C#、Android一种或以上开发语言，对于开发语言基础技术体系有一定的掌握和应用经验；
4、熟练运用SSM/VUE等框架进行开发工作，熟悉Ajax、HTTP协议等前后端交互基础知识；
5、熟练使用Linux 操作系统和常见数据库以及国产操作系统和数据库，能对复杂SQL进行性能优化；
6、熟练运用 git等工具，了解项目发布流程；
7、掌握Redis, MongoDB, Memcached等非关系型数据库的使用；
8、代码逻辑清晰、整洁，有一定的代码重构经验；
9、具备一定的网络设置和维护能力，对常见打印机、服务器等办公硬件有一定的了解；
10、优秀的业务抽象能力，能够洞悉原始需求；优秀的设计能力和前瞻思维；
11、有良好团队合作及跨团队协调沟通能力，较强的责任心和抗压能力；
12、具有比较强的问题分析和处理能力，有比较优秀的动手能力，热衷技术，精益求精。
