3.制定生产数据的记录与档案的管理，生产数据（日报、周报、月报）报表的监控与技术分析。
4.制定猪场定期生产审计，提出改进意见，提高各猪场的生产效率。
5.为完成年度任务目标，根据生产运营情况，制定生产改进方案。
6.进行逐步完善生产报表，制度，流程统一。
7.制定计划，每月进行对员工生产技能培训，加强员工技能能力，提高员工工作效率。
8.负责团队建设、人员培养等。
9.完成领导安排的其他项工作。
任职资格：
1.管理意识：具备良好的管理者角色认知。
2.技能要求：具备养猪行业五年以上研发及生产管理经验。具备养猪行业五年以上研发及生产管理工作经验，具有较丰富的培训经验，具有较好的沟通协调能力，能够统筹、推动和协调相关工作。具备*少两年以上场长或兽医工作经验。
3.管理经验：需具备5年及以上管理经验。
4.体系建设：熟悉体系建设、精益管理等。
5.其他要求：外语水平：CET-4及以上。计算机应用能力：熟练应用各种办公软件、信息化系统。公文处理：熟悉请示、汇报等公文写作格式，能够熟练撰写公文文件。
6.工作地点：洮南、吉林、河南、随州、武汉为主，再议。
