1、协助部门经理工作，负责生产制造部生产车间各工序管理工作，保证车间日常工作顺畅有效的运行，确保各项生产活动正常进行，确保完成部门各项控制指标；
2、组织实施生产，做好均衡生产、协调车间人力资源，根据生产需要及时调整安排人员合理上班，确保生产计划及时、有效的完成；
3、跟进订单生产,确保产品按工艺生产，确保按时保质保量完成订单生产任务；
4、确保生产安全及产品质量安全，维护车间的清洁卫生，负责贯彻实施公司生产安全管理制度及质量安全方针、目标,确保产品质量符合相关质量标准要求，保证生产产品无重大食品安全问题发生，能达到公司制定的质量目标要求；
5、负责落实公司各项生产安全制度，开展经常性安全检查，定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业，监督员工严格按照操作规程工作，防止工伤，确保无重大安全事故发生；
6、监督原辅物料使用质量情况，及时将相关质量问题反馈给有关部门督促供应商改善；
7、及时解决生产过程中出现的问题,要做到问题早发现早解决,针对出现的问题事后要分析,吸取教训,总结经验；
8、员工劳动纪律监督管理，对相关下属进行日常工作指导和业务培训，提高员工技能和人员的保留率；
9、配合上级做好部门内部各项培训工作，不断提升全员素养，提高工作效率，完成团队建设目标，建设优秀的员工队伍和后续人才梯队；
10、完成上级交办的其它相关工作。
