一、岗位职责
1、全面负责公司产品质量管理工作。
2、组织体系内审、管理评审和外部审核，不断完善食品安全管理体系。
3、组织产品合规性审查，确保产品符合法规标准要求。
4、建立、完善产品追溯系统，参与产业链风险控制。
5、负责客诉处理，对产品质量问题进行追溯审理。
6、完善部门各项管理制度、流程，审核产品生产过程的质量监控记录。
7、监督HACCP关键控制点的实施，指导责任部门制定纠偏措施，审核纠偏措施的适用性，追踪纠偏措施的执行情况，确认纠偏结果。
8、加强团队建设，鼓励团队成员加强专业知识的学习，提高团队整体能力素质。
二、任职条件
1、全日制本科以上学历。
2、食品相关专业，5年以上低温肉制品行业质量工作经验，3年以上同等岗位管理经验。
3、对肉制品深加工有一定的了解，熟悉食品安全法律法规，具有应对大客户（麦当劳、肯德基、必胜客三大快餐待等）审厂经验。
4、熟悉ISO22000、HACCP质量管理体系，对质量体系建设、产品质量有一定的管理经验。
5、有较强的文字写作基础，口语表达能力强，擅于组织、协调人际关系。
6、原则性强、抗压能力强。
