【工作内容】
1、负责建立并完善公司EHS管理体系，制定安全管理制度及应急预案并监督落地执行；
2、主导生产现场的安全巡查与隐患排查，针对电子/半导体行业特性实施专项风险管控；
3、组织全员安全教育培训及应急演练，确保特种作业人员持证上岗率达标；
4、对接政府监管部门及第三方机构，统筹完成职业健康检测、环保监测及合规审计工作；
5、牵头处理突发安全事故的调查分析与整改，推动持续改进机制以达成零事故目标。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境科学或相关专业，持有注册安全工程师证书优先；
2、具备5年以上电子制造或半导体行业EHS管理经验，熟悉ISO45001及相关法律法规；
3、精通危险源辨识与风险评估方法，能独立编制安全标准化文件及应急处置方案；
4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和突发事件处理能力，原则性强，抗压能力出色；
5、熟练使用Office办公软件及EHS管理工具，能适应制造业倒班节奏及现场作业环境。
