任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3-6年Java开发经验，基础扎实。
2. 熟练掌握Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉Oracle、MySQL等数据库开发与优化。
3. 具备前端开发能力，熟练使用JavaScript、Vue3等技术，能独立完成全栈模块开发。
4. 熟悉分布式架构、微服务思想，了解常用中间件（如Redis、MQ）者优先。
5. 具备生产环境故障排查与性能调优经验，有高并发系统开发经验者优先。
6. 有交通行业应用系统开发经验或AI相关项目经验者优先。
7. 做事认真负责，具备良好的沟通协作能力与主动推进意识，能适应团队协作与压力。
