岗位职责
1.独立负责复杂业务模块的需求分析、设计与开发工作，参与系统架构设计讨论，给出合理技术建议。
2.制定模块开发计划，把控代码质量与项目进度，协助指导初级开发人员完成开发任务。
3.负责线上问题定位、故障排查与系统性能优化，保障服务稳定高效运行。
4.参与代码评审（CodeReview），推动团队代码规范与技术沉淀。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上Java后端开发经验。
2.精通 Spring、SpringBoot、SpringMVC等Spring 全家桶技术，熟悉微服务架构设计与实践。
3.熟练使用Redis、RabbitMQ等常用中间件，掌握MySQL或PostgreSQL数据库，能独立进行SQL优化与索引引设计。
4.熟悉前后端分离开发模式，掌握RESTfuIAPI设计规范，具备分布式系统开发与问题解决经验。
5.具备良好的业务理解能力、问题排查能力与团队协作意识。
6.电力项目经验优先
