3.销售漏斗与过程管理：熟练运用CRM系统，精细化管理个人销售漏斗，定期分析转化数据，主动优化销售策略与行动。
4.市场协同与反馈：与市场团队紧密协作，及时反馈线索质量；收集并传递一线客户洞察与竞争信息，助力产品与市场策略优化。

任职要求：
1.学历与经验：大专及以上学历，3年及以上B2B SaaS软件销售经验，有企业微信/钉钉/飞书生态或HR/IT/协同办公类SaaS销售经验者优先，来自微加同行的*佳，如道一云、泛微、轻流等。
2.历史业绩：能提供可验证的个人历史销售业绩记录（如ARR、成交客户数、达标率）。
3.技能要求：具备扎实的需求挖掘、价值呈现、谈判和关单能力；熟练使用CRM及线上协作工具。
