一、岗位职责
1、负责动力电池/储能BMS嵌入式固件开发，涵盖底层驱动、协议栈、应用策略全流程开发与维护。
2、开发与调试AFE采样驱动、电压/温度采集、均衡控制、电流采样、故障检测等底层功能。
3、负责CAN/CAN FD通信、UDS诊断、Bootloader、OTA升级、菊花链通信驱动开发与迭代。
4、实现BMS核心应用策略：充放电控制、过压/欠压/过温/过流保护、均衡管理、休眠唤醒、故障分级处理。
5、配合算法、硬件、测试完成联调、台架测试、实车调试，修复线上问题，保障固件稳定量产。
二、任职要求
1、本科及以上，电子、自动化、计算机、新能源相关专业，1-5年嵌入式BMS软件开发经验。
2、C语言功底扎实，熟悉ARM Cortex-M架构，熟练Keil/IAR开发环境。
3、熟悉RTOS实时操作系统（FreeRTOS/UCOS），掌握任务调度、信号量、队列、定时器开发。
4、熟悉BMS主流AFE（LTC68xx/BQ796xx）驱动开发、菊花链通信调试经验。
5、熟悉CAN总线、CAN报文交互、基础UDS诊断、Bootloader/OTA开发者优先。
6、熟悉锂电池基本原理、SOC/SOP逻辑、充放电保护策略者优先。
