岗位职责：
1、参与需求讨论并能够提出合理化建议；
2、能独立完成工作，根据提供的需求能独立分析、设计、编码、单元测试;
3、负责后端系统的接口设计与开发工作，能与前端良好的沟通交流;
4、负责产品的问题修复，功能优化，包括但不限于兼容性问题，性能问题；
5、协同部门人员，高效、高质、按时完成开发任务;
职位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，3年以上java后端开发经验；
2、精通JAVA，熟练掌握Spring Boot和Spring Cloud Alibaba等微服务框架，具备实际项目开发经验。
3、熟悉主流的关系型数据库（如MySQL、Oracle等），有较好的SQL编写及优化能力；
4、熟悉Redis、MQ、ES等常用中间件的使用；
5、有良好的编码习惯，结构清晰、命名规范、逻辑性强；
