【工作内容】
1.协助协同销售副总经理编制公司年度招商规划、招商政策、招商模式的设计，并组织实施，提高市场占有率；
2.完成招商任务，支持和监督代理商及特约经销商的任务完成情况，协同销管部评估各办事处区域的渠道完成销售任务和管理；
3.制定代理商及特约经营商管理制度、协调机制和相应管理流程；
4.招商信息收集，招商综合资料的编写、整理与发布；
5.评估和考核代理商及特约经销商资质、履约能力；
6.完成渠道建设，签订和管理代理合同/合作协议，管理并审核代理商及特约经销商授权申请；
7.负责组织招商会、宣传公司企业文化，传达公司产品信息与销售政策，维护代理商及特约经销商良好关系和利益；
8.负责建设与管理招商信息库（产品库、项目库、渠道商信息库），利用渠标宝；
9.定期完成招商和销售任务数据分析，并提交报告；
10.市场信息的收集和反馈并提出合理化建议。
【任职要求】
1.熟悉医疗器械行业，具有行业管理经验，具备招投标经验，具有丰富的代理商、医院科室及相关渠道的人脉资源；
2.敏锐的市场感知能力、出色的谈判能力、较强的抗压能力、沟通协调能力、业务开发能力、团队管理能力，责任心强、执行力强、服务意识强、亲和力佳，熟练使用办公软件；
3.忠诚、勤奋、上进、热情、有创新精神；适应出差工作；
无职业道德的劣迹，在行业内有良好的口碑。
4.五年或以上相关工作经验，三年或以上渠道经理任职经验；
5.有医疗器械销售或妇产科产品工作经验优先；
