岗位职责：

1、参与系统的需求设计、开发、维护工作；

2、系统开发测试、部署和集成；

3、参与项目概要设计、详细设计，撰写相关文档。

岗位要求：

1. 三年以上工作经验

2. JAVA基础扎实，精通类加载机制，多线程，垃圾回收等知识，有丰富内存，性能优化经验；对集合、IO、反射、多线程、NIO等特性有深入理解，对JVM原理、GC机制有较好的理解。

3. 熟练掌握主流开源框架，熟悉面向对象和AOP编程，如Spring Boot，MyBatis，netty等，对其中一项或多项有源码深入研究；

4. 熟悉分布式框架，如Spring cloud，Dubbo等，熟悉消息，调度，存储等中间件；

5. 业务理解能力强，能够熟练运用领域建模进行开发，具备产品角度思考能力，能够熟练阅读和编写各类技术文档；

6. 良好的沟通和团队协作能力，责任心强，思考问题思路清晰。
