一、岗位职责：
1.参与完成产品需求规格说明书、交互设计文档的评审工作；
2.负责编写概要设计、详细设计、数据库设计、接口设计等设计文档，完成核心功能的代码开发及关键技术问题解决；
3.与测试人员接口，完成核心功能模块的缺陷修复工作；
4.负责完成系统上线发布，产品推广支持及系统日常运维工作；
5.按照规范的研发流程，完成项目过程中文档的维护和更新归档工作。
二、任职要求：
1.学本科学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上JAVA软件开发经验，至少从事过3个完整的服务平台级软件项目开发，能带领团队进行研发过程管理；
2.精通J2EE，熟悉Spring/SpringBoot/Jsp/Struts/Mybatis、Dubbo/DubboX/SpringClould等服务框架;
3.熟悉掌握JQuery、YUI等常用JS框架，了解Angularjs、RequireJs、BootStrap等MVC设计模式，具有编写或二次开发WEB框架的能力，能基于HTML5+CSS3的页面模式开发实现；
4.熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Mahout、R等大数据相关技术；
5.熟悉Java Concurrent包，精通高并发，分布式通信，存储等相关技术；
6.熟悉ACEL、Mysql 等常用数据库，较强的数据库PL_SQL开发能力，能进行函数、存储过程、触发器编写和排错；
7.对用户体验、交互操作流程有深刻理解，在可用性、性能、兼容性等方面有实践经验；
8.对技术富有钻研精神，认真、踏实、责任心强。
