岗位职责
1、按照生产计划，操作 CNC 加工中心，完成零部件金加工生产作业，做好工件装夹、对刀、调用程序、首件调试工作。
2、看懂机械加工图纸，严格遵照工艺文件生产；使用卡尺、千分尺等量具做好工件自检，把控产品尺寸精度，降低不良品率。
3、生产过程监控，遇到加工异常及时排查或上报，保障生产进度。
4、机床日常点检、清洁保养，刀具、量具的保管维护，做好工位 5S 现场管理。
5、如实填写生产、自检记录，遵守车间安全操作规程，配合生产、质检部门开展工作。

岗位要求
1、拥有 1‑3 年 CNC 数控金加工实操经验，熟悉加工中心操机调机；看懂机械图纸，会使用各类常用量具。
2、熟悉主流数控系统，能够独立完成对刀、换刀、首件试加工；会简单程序修改优先。
3、中专 / 高中及以上学历，数控、机械相关专业优先，学历可放宽看实操能力。
4、熟悉五金零部件加工工艺，重视产品质量，服从车间生产安排。
5、做事踏实细心，安全意识强，能适应车间环境，有团队协作意识。

工作时间：
夏季：早上8:00-17:30（中午休息一个半小时 8小时工作制）大小周休息。
冬季：早上8:00-17:00（中午休息一个小时 8小时工作制）大小周休息。
